Welcome to our Refund Policy page. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Policy. Please read them carefully before using our website or app.
Any distributor or associate in Hrimanues Wellness can return the product and receive a refund within 30 days from the Invoice Date.
When returning the product, it is necessary to attach a copy of the Invoice.
Only sealed products will be acceptable for return. However, if an open-seal product is found to be defective, the facility to exchange such a product will be provided.
If you wish to exchange or return a damaged or defective product, you must email us, including a photograph of the damaged product as valid proof, with the subject line 'Damaged or Defective Product
After the product is returned to the office, our team will examine it. If the examination confirms the proof provided in your email, we will then dispatch a new product to you.
If a customer/associate wishes to receive a refund, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting the GST rate of the product in that instance.
The money will be refunded only after deducting the amount of commission or BV received by the Distributor/Associate on this product.
